- Review and sign the storage agreement.
- Move in and secure the unit with your own lock.
Rental period and payments
The current site describes monthly rental, payment in advance, and a minimum period set by the agreement. Always use the signed agreement as the final authority.
Access and security
Customers normally access their units during published access hours and remain responsible for securing their unit and key.
What may be stored
Household belongings, business items, and seasonal equipment are common uses. Dangerous, illegal, perishable, or otherwise prohibited items are not allowed.
Insurance and ending the rental
Customers should confirm their insurance arrangements and follow the notice and move-out requirements in the signed agreement.
