Nature of the service
The service provides a lockable self-storage space. Customers remain responsible for bringing, packing, organising, securing, and removing their own belongings.
Access and term
The signed agreement sets the unit, access rights, rental period, notice requirements, and any circumstances in which access may be restricted.
Fees and customer responsibilities
Rent is due according to the agreement. Customers must use the unit only for storage, keep it clean, follow facility rules, and keep their contact details current.
Prohibited items
Dangerous, illegal, flammable, toxic, perishable, stolen, or otherwise unsafe items are prohibited. The detailed signed agreement should contain the definitive list.
Security, insurance, and risk
Facility security measures help deter unauthorised access but do not replace the customer’s responsibility to lock the unit and arrange appropriate insurance.
Ending the agreement
Customers must remove their belongings, leave the unit in acceptable condition, and follow the move-out process in the signed agreement.
